Our mission is to transform physical industries through disruptive technologies. We firmly believe that the next wave of industrial revolution will be fueled by the integration of AI, robotics, simulation, and other breakthrough innovations into traditionally non-digitized sectors. This shift will redefine industries critical to human existence—including manufacturing, logistics, supply chains, construction, heavy industry, and agriculture—many of which have yet to experience full-scale digital transformation.
We are looking for visionary technology leaders—fresh PhDs, engineers, and scientists—who possess disruptive technology assets that have yet to reach the market. Our focus is on solving high-impact problems that remain untapped due to technological complexity—challenges where transformative technology can unlock unprecedented value. We seek individuals deeply rooted in their fields, driven by a desire to turn groundbreaking ideas into tangible industrial advancements.
Our company name, CarbonBlack, embodies both our origins and our core beliefs. Founder Terry Moon began his career at a tire manufacturing site in Indonesia, where carbon black powder was used to strengthen rubber and was so prevalent on-site that it spread everywhere. It was so pervasive that, even while washing up, black-colored water would come out of the nostrils. This experience became a lasting reminder of our founding spirit and business focus—the physical world. Just as carbon black reinforces rubber, we see ourselves as a critical force that strengthens teams, sharpens focus, and empowers them to push boundaries.
